The Program
This project consists in the installation of the Japan Head Office of Société Générale On-Line Offices and Call Center in an existing building sited in Tennozu district. Clientfs first concern was to provide a well networked space, avoiding any interference between the high and low voltages and with total flexibility of space (provided with the Unifor movable partitions). The two grids were thus set under the raised technical floor and distanced at parallels of 400 mm and crossing each other at only 90 degrees. The project had focused on two major concerns: insulate the meeting areas where visitors access from the staff working area for full secrecy and acoustic insulation between the management/administration area and the more noisy call center area.

The Concept
Access to the premises is done through a long corridor with embossed aluminum panel walls ending at the reception desk which design inspiration comes from the hat of a samurai, defending the premises but also welcoming the visitors.

The meeting rooms area ceiling being 6m high an original new concept was generated : meeting rooms became boxes of steel and glass to which air-conditioning, ventilation, electricity, sprinkler system and fire sensors has been brought and connected from 6m above like glass bubble organisms connected to the main body for feeding. Glas Flos lamps from Italy enhance the complete transparency of the environment.
